The warning/ban system


qw33ty Posts: 328 Votes: +358 Witch WITCH Admin	Staff have the right to give a warning for every rule that is broken. it is at our discretion, though we will try to verbally warn you first if your behaviour is not suitable the rules are very clear and it is within the admins rights to change the rules. Though things like respect each other and behave appropriately are open to some interpretation, racism, adult themes, sexism, and bullying all have a zero tolerance policy. This means we will not allow it at all. We keep logs of all chat and this includes the signs that are made so if no staff are on you may get a delayed warning. Each warning only lasts 6 months. The perm-ban is on the 10th warning: The following is automatic when you are warned at the time. 2nd warning = kick 3rd warning = 30 min temp-ban 5th warning = 1 hr temp-ban 7th warning = 3 hr temp-ban 8th warning = 12 hr temp-ban 9th warning =24 hr temp-ban 10th warning = YOU ARE BANNED There is the chance to appeal your ban once only and this will be at the Admins discretion. Please remember that staff reserver the right to instantly ban players who we feel cannot or refuse to moderate their behaviour. I was getting an occasionally kicking. Looking about me, thinking that there a Skeleton arrowing me, or some other mob near by but, found none. Although two Iron Golem where on guard at the time. There where no sign of an Iron Golem attack (Mob left-over/s). So when you do get a kick for what seemly be for nothing. Sometime this can be a server thing, a glitch perhaps. If your not sure about it then best to ask a staff. I sometime typed in chat asking, "Why was I Kicked?". A staff may then tell you if you had done something wrong or not... Best to be sure... Kicks will only really happen from warnings, or by triggering the chat filter (accidental or purposefully). As most staff won't simply kick a player, as its serves as no permanent record for other staff to view back on. Any other "kick" as I think you are saying, is more than likely just s simple disconnection. Often it is client side, your connection lost too many packets with the server or your own internet connection derped out. When nearly the entire server is disconnected (kicked as you've put it) then yeah it was most likely the server crashing and rebooting. tl;dr: They're disconnections more than likely, not us kicking you =) Posted May 31, 14
Leiath Posts: 29 Votes: +12 Steve STEVE	Pretty sure I get what Grim is saying. That is not admin/mods 'kicking' that's just plain old good lag and your client has gotten out of sync with the server and it does a 'kick back' to a point where they are both in sync. Posted May 31, 14
