Can't join survival

Not really sure what is going on but myself Dilaby and Fikidu are unable to load into survival. Madcow helped me test a lot and was able to to me into market and the nether as well as non busy areas of survival and I was eventually able to go to my homes but once I logged out the problem came back.

If I tether my PC to my mobile data I can connect fine so I ruled out something on the 3 PC's causing it. I have tried with two different modems with and without firewalls and the problem persisted so I don't think it is modem related.

I've tried with and without mods loaded and no change.

My network connection is fine. Speed test show 30 ping and 75ish down and 28ish up and tracerts all run fine to various locations.

I'm blaming something in Optus's routing but I also know others are connecting fine from QLD via Optus.

Really not sure what to try. Still thinking it's my connection and not the server as 3 accounts on 3 PC's all have the same issue but then I don't know how Madcow was able to get me in.

These are the tracert results with and without my VPN. Only thing I can see is that when it works I go through "syd1-sy2-g2-nc5.aus.asia [103.5.14.219]" and the hop before it works but when using the Sydney vpn server or without it I go through "syd1-sy2-g1-nc5.aus.asia [103.5.14.221]" and the hop before it times out.
