Ive donated over $150, will i get my money back or will that stuff be given to me in the new survival world?

Really? Wow. Thats really sad. I can't imagine spending $150 on something only to have it taken away. Surely there is some way you can compensate this...
I couldn't even begin to calculate the amount that I've spent over 3 different accounts since the last survival wipe 4yrs ago. For my thinking, which i'm sure is the mindset of many others on the server, I don't donate my hard-earned money for material (albeit digital) gain. The items and perks gained are simply an added bonus to keeping the server running for another month.
As far as I'm aware, purchased claim blocks should be fine and still attributed to our accounts - but anything else depends on the ease in which they can be transferred across. God armour, diamonds, etc from packs will almost certainly be wiped - im not even sure that the perk commands such as /workbench, /top, /hat, etc will work with the new / updated plugins - and thats a risk i'm willing to take to play 1.13 survival on my favourite minecraft server.
Side note though: keys aren't survival exclusive, so should carry over to the new world.
In short: we will all lose something, most of us a lot. But, in my opinion anyway, the promise of a fresh, new survival far outweighs what we will lose in the old one.

That's great. I agree with you on that side - but what about the younger children out there who had to beg their parents to help them buy it? Only to have it taken away? That wouldn't work well with these parents and quite frankly there could be some discourse amongst them.

I want to stress that we absolutely appreciate that some people will be upset over this decision and it really wasn't an easy decision. We want the new survival server to be an exciting new experience, not just because of 1.13, but because of some new exciting things we are introducing to survival. Which is why we've put in a lot of effort to start everyone off at the same level.
Our Ts&Cs have always stated the payments are donations and non-refundable. We're not monsters. We're not trying to rip anyone off. We have dedicated a large amount our own time over the past 6 years to provide the community (not ourselves) a family friendly and enjoyable Minecraft server experience. We are ALL volunteers (including my wife and I) and make no money from this. We're just trying to do the best we can and start the new world on a level playing field as best as possible.
Finally, I'll repeat again that if you have an issue with your specific situation, please submit a Support Request. As I already mentioned, this is not the place discuss it and I won't debate it here further. The reset is happening as announced.
We are pleased to announce a mechanism for transferring some keepsake items from the existing survival world to Survival 1.13. The goal is to allow you the option of transferring items like awards given out by admins at drop parties or on holidays, or books that you have written. There are very strict rules about what we'll allow to be transferred. After the survival reset, Moderators and Admins will review your items to ensure they don't violate rules and manually transfer these items back to you.

Does that include items like bedrock and the BanFish?
Will the new survival world 1.13 be bigger than then last world? I think a little bigger would be nice if it doesn't cause any problems. But, you know, if you make it too big then if feels really empty and you never bump into people or come across many builds.

No, the survival world will still be 30,000x30,000 blocks.. which is actually incredibly large! Even with the years survival existed, we still had plenty of untouched area!
To put that in perspective, there is 900,000,000 blocks on a single Y axis... I think we'll be fine
The current world is massive really. I built in the middle of nowhere, and I only just realised yesterday that there were people close to me. Near the edges of the world is fresh land. People just don't like adventuring too far from the portals so most of the population ends up crowded
