Blueprint Schematics Export: How about with a starting donation of 5 dollars buying 500 blocks in area (maybe locking it down to land that is yours), you can specify a parcel of land to create a schematics file that is emailed to you once completed. This donation can be scalable upwards if you have large complexes.
Reasoning: I don't like resets unless they are absolutely necessary, minecraft is a relaxation technique for myself and tend to build and build and build. The fear of losing a long endured construction is real. So You buy schematics blocks and submit a request to the server to have that enclosed block converted into a schematic using worldedit. It gets emailed to you so you now have a copy of your construct.
It is one way, not used as a way to import, only archiving your work.
I think this could be mostly automated and just would need someone high signing off on the process. THere maybe some sites that should not be archived in this manner. eg. player leaving states that the area not be exported, but it gets taken by another player sometime later. checks and balances. And in no way should the seed be disclosed in any part of the process.
Once the blocks are used they are removed from your purchased stockpile.
