There are a number of channels we currently use to help players, choosing the right method ensures you receive help promptly

1. The in game Ticket System. - You should generally use this when you have a problem in game. EG You have lost items in game and you feel it was related to a server problem OR you have some damage to something you have built etc etc

2. The Support Ticket System - these tickets are handled directly by administration - they should be reserved for connection and donation issues or issues that are outside the control of moderators.

3. This forum - this forum is for website issues only. Posting requests for in game help here will generally take a really long time for a moderator to respond.

Think carefully and chose the correct request channel.
